Reception
  • Standard package comes with use of the venue for 12 hours and all guests and vendors must be off property by 11:00pm.

  • Additional tables available for your reception: food tables, gift table, cake table, bridal party tables, guest book table

  • Inside clean up and garbage removal
  • Use of property for engagement or bridal shoot
  • 1 hour of rehearsal time in the week previous to the event. Timing subject to other scheduled events

Intoxicating Beverage Policy:

Renter is required to use All 4 One Farms certified bartender if intoxicating beverages are present. Renter must supply all beer, wine, and champagne and provide it to the bartender the morning of the wedding.

Hard liquors are to be limited to specialty drinks. Full hard liquor policy can be provided upon request.

Bartender will administer drinks to legal aged adults until all intoxicating beverages are diminished or time allowance has expired.

Bartender reserves the right to limit intoxicating beverages given to each guest.

No other intoxicating beverages other than what is allowed above are to be provided to the bartender or be on premises to be consumed. Bartender will serve alcoholic drinks for up to five hours. If you want the bartender for additional hours, additional fee will be applied.

Other Requirements:

We do require a credit card on file in lieu of a security deposit as well as a “Day Of” Event Insurance policy. We require a $1m event insurance policy with All4One Farms listed as the additional insured. Pricing subject to change at any time. Your contract rated and terms will be based on the date the contract is written, not the date of the tour. (Sometimes couples tour weeks or months before they book, or before we open a future year calendar for booking. If there has been a change in rate, the contracted investment/terms will be based on the date we wrote the contract, not the date of the tour.) All4One Farms has no hidden fees. The only additional charges are for additional services.
