All4One Farms is a cherished Jacksonville wedding venue where family, tradition, and community thrive. Diane was raised on the farm and met Glenn in high school. The two married right after graduation, settling into their first home on the property. Originally, the farm raised broiler chickens for Tyson Foods, a business that Diane and Glenn took over after Diane’s father sold the land to them. They raised broilers until 2004, when the farm began evolving into what it is today.
When Diane and Glenn decided to buy the farm, they held a family meeting to ensure everyone was ready for the commitment involved. Having worked alongside her father for years raising broilers, Diane understood the hard work ahead and wanted the whole family on board. After an open discussion, there was a unanimous vote in favor. It was then they realized it would take ALL of them to make the farm work, and the name All4One was born.
In a pivotal moment for the farm, their oldest daughter, Jessica, who had a background as a wedding planner, inspired the idea to host weddings at All4One Farms. In 2017, the couple transformed their picturesque 110 acres into a stunning wedding venue, making it a popular choice for rustic, elegant celebrations.
Building on their success, in 2022, Diane and Glenn introduced cut flowers, further enhancing the farm’s offerings. The farm now features vibrant fields of flowers available for a U-Pick operation and a roadside stand, allowing visitors to pick their own bouquets or purchase pre-arranged flowers. This addition has become a favorite for brides and locals alike, adding a burst of color and joy to the farm.
As you explore the property, you can still see the original barns that were used to raise chickens, a tangible reminder of the farm’s rich history and its journey over the years. The two original barns are visible from the parking lot. The cows are often behind the barns or in the hayfield.
Beyond its thriving wedding venue and flower business, All4One Farms remains a working agricultural operation. The farm raises cows, hay, backyard chickens, and horses, all contributing to the family’s lifestyle and values.
This vibrant environment is made even more special by the presence of the Lassiters’ children—Nathan, Jessica, Timothy, Zachary and Rachel, Christina, and Jubilee—all of whom live on the property, helping to sustain the farm’s legacy.
For the Lassiters, All4One Farms is more than just a place to live or work. It’s where community involvement, family, and hard work come together to create something special for the next generation. Whether it’s through their livestock, cut flowers, or the wedding venue, the Lassiters remain committed to the values that built their farm and continue to sustain it today.
