That is exactly why we host our exclusive Open House Visits—designed specifically for our All 4 One couples who have already reserved their wedding date.

While your initial tour was all about falling in love with the venue, an Open House visit is about the details. This is your opportunity to return to the farm with a fresh perspective and a checklist in hand. Whether you are six months out or six weeks away from walking down the aisle, these events are the perfect time to visualize your wedding in the space without the pressure of a guided sales tour.

What Can You Do During an Open House?

• Bring Your “I Do” Crew: Did your Maid of Honor or parents miss the first tour? Bring them along! This is the perfect time to show your loved ones where you will be saying your vows.
• Vendor Walkthroughs: We highly encourage you to invite your wedding planner, florist, or photographer. letting them see the space firsthand helps ensure your vision aligns perfectly with the venue layout.
• Master the Details: Need to measure the exact width of the barn doors for a wreath? Want to test how your centerpieces look against the rustic wood grain? Feel free to bring measuring tapes, decor samples, and layout sketches.
• Soak in the Sunset: Sometimes you just need to stand on the property, breathe in the fresh Jacksonville air, and remind yourself why you chose this beautiful location.
