To secure your wedding date, a $1000 retainer is required along with a signed rental agreement. Fifty percent of the total balance is due nine months before the evnet and the final payment is required 90 days prior to the wedding. We also offer a convenient payment plan, allowing you to make smaller monthly payments.

That is a great question! In general, we believe the average budget of a couple getting married at All4One Farms is between $12,000-$25,000 for all wedding expenses (venue, food, dress, DJ, photographer, etc.). We have had some creative couples with smaller guests lists host beautiful weddings in the $10,000 – $15,000 range, and we have had several lovely events here spending significantly more than the average.
At All4One Farms we only host one wedding each day to ensure that each couple’s event is special and receives our full attention.

We offer a variety of tables to suit your needs, including 4 foot, 6 foot and 8 foot rectangular tables. 60 inch round tables and high-top tables. This selection gives you pleanty of flexibility and options to create the perfect layout for your event.
No. All4One Farms provides an awesome venue, tables, décor and upgraded wedding chairs for the allotted amount of time. Linens can be rented through us, but are NOT included in the rental fee. You are also welcome to bring your own linens.
In the case of rain we have a beautiful backdrop inside the barn. Guests sit at their tables and the team moves the few (usually 3 – 5) tables down the middle of the room to create a beautiful aisle. Our couples have loved this option because it’s a stunning ceremony location and doesn’t require the room flip other venues require, which would be disruptive to your event.
Because we only host one event per day, our fee structure remains the same whether you hold your ceremony, reception, or both onsite.
We are dog friendly, with some specific stipulations. Dogs are allowed at the ceremony and pictures. Animals, other than service animals, are NOT allowed under roof or near food. Dogs must be on a leash at all times and someone must be responsible for them other than the bride and groom. We also require up to date shot records be provided to the venue prior to the event.

We do not keep a cancellation waiting list because cancellations are rare and unpredictable.
You will have access to the venue for the amount of time listed on your contract. A standard contract includes up to 12 hours on the day of the event. You have the option of choosing the start time as long as everything is concluded and everyone is off property by 11pm
The day of coordinator is responsible to:
Assist/direct bride, groom, bridal party, family members and guests throughtout the event.
Provide up to 12 hours of coordination seres on day of the event.
Direct ceremony/reception timeline to ensure activities remain on schedule (as defined at final meeting).
Manage vendor and decor setup at ceremonty and reception sites.
Oversee set-up as defined on final meeting floor plan.
Supervise vendors in delivery and set up.
Distribute personal flowers to wedding party, family and guests.
Coordinate entertainment and all announcements/events during reception.
Ensure payment of vendor tips and balances.
After reception, ensure client’s personal items are removed from the event space and returned to clients/family members.

We do strongly recommend cancellation insurance to protect your investment in your event. This insurance can also be purchased through Nuptial Risk.
Our open house events are perfect for couples who have already taken a private tour of All4One Farms or have booked their wedding with us.These events provide an opportunity to bring along friends, family members, or vendors who are helping with your planning. We suggest you work closely with your photographer to pick the best time for your ceremony, considering factors like lighting for the ceremony and bridal photos.
In warmer months, a later ceremony can help avoid the heat, while in cooler months, scheduling your cocktail hour during the warm afternoon sun will be appreciated by your guests. Keep in mind that earlier ceremonies may result in guests leaving before the end of the evening at 10:00pm.
Music on Friday’s/Saturday’s/Sunday’s must conclude by 10:00 pm to ensure that you, all of your items, and all of your vendors are off-property by 11:00 pm.

Renter is required to use All4One Farms certified bartender if intoxicating beverages are present. Renter must supply all beer, wine, and champagne and provide it to the bartender the morning of the wedding. Hard liquors are to be limited to specialty mixed drinks with at least three ingredients.
Bartender will administer drinks to legal aged adults until all intoxicating beverages are diminished or time allowance has expired.
Bartender reserves the right to limit intoxicating beverages given to each guest.

We encourage every wedding party to rehearse but rehearsing onsite is not required. If you do want to have an onsite rehearsal we will schedule it the week before depending on other events. We will schedule this at our final meeting.
Yes, team members will be on site throughout the event to assist as needed.
Outside food and drink is permitted prior to the ceremony. It is not allowed after the start of the event. Please no drinks in glass bottles.
Couples are responsible to remove all decor that they brought from both the ceremony and reception area. All4One Farms staff will handle all standard clean up and trash removal.

Please do not nail or screw into any walls or structures. You can use wire, fishing line or zip-ties that don’t damage the surface.
The couple will be required to forfeit all or part of their damage deposit for any damage or excess cleaning. Excessive cleaning will include any cleanup of bodily fluids.
Typically, all rentals and vendor items must be loaded out at the conclusion of your event. If there is not an event scheduled the next day, you may make a request to have your rentals picked up on the following day. Check with Dian or Glenn for this request at our main email address.
No, we do not provide shuttle service. While you can use Uber or Lyft to get to the farm there are not usually any drivers in the area at the end of the event. So, you will need to plan accordingly for your safety.
