I’m Diane, and along with my husband Glenn, I own All4One Farms, one of the wedding venues Jacksonville FL couples search for when they’re ready to lock in a date. We’re currently booking into 2027, and every week I talk to couples who aren’t quite sure how to think about timing — which months fill up fastest, which ones offer more flexibility, and when they should actually start reaching out. So I wanted to walk you through it honestly, month by month, the same way I would if you were sitting across from me on a tour.
Why Timing Matters More Than You’d Think
We’re only open January through June and September through December each year, which means our calendar is naturally more limited than a venue that books year-round. Add in that we’ve hosted hundreds of weddings since 2017, and popular months can fill a year or more in advance. Knowing where your preferred month falls on the popularity scale can help you decide how quickly you need to move.
Our Most Requested Months: February, March, October & November
These four months are consistently our busiest, and for good reason — the weather cooperates beautifully in all of them. February and March offer that sweet spot before summer humidity arrives, while October and November bring the cooler, golden-light fall weather so many couples dream about. If your heart is set on one of these months for 2027, I’d genuinely encourage you to start the conversation now rather than later. These dates don’t just fill up — they often fill up first.

|---|---|---|---|
| Month | Avg. high / low (°F) | Sunset (about the 21st) | Full moon (Eastern) |
| February | 68° / 49° | 6:20 PM | Snow Moon · Sat, Feb 20 (6:23 PM) Supermoon, plus a faint penumbral lunar eclipse |
| March | 73° / 54° | 7:38 PM | Worm Moon · Mon, Mar 22 (6:43 AM) |
| October | 80° / 64° | 6:49 PM | Hunter’s Moon · Fri, Oct 15 (9:46 AM) |
| November | 73° / 55° | 5:27 PM | Beaver Moon · Sat, Nov 13 (10:25 PM) |

January
A quieter month on our calendar, which means more flexibility with your date and sometimes even your day of the week. Weather is mild, and couples who want a cozy, understated winter wedding often find January surprisingly appealing.

| January | 65° / 46° | 5:54 PM | Wolf Moon · Fri, Jan 22 (7:17 AM) Supermoon — the largest full moon of 2027 |

April, May & June
Spring rolls in warm and green, and these months tend to book up steadily rather than instantly — you’ll have a bit more breathing room than February or March, but I wouldn’t wait until the last minute either, especially for a Saturday.

| June | 88° / 72° | 8:32 PM | Strawberry Moon · Fri, Jun 18 (8:44 PM) |

September
Still warm, but the first hints of fall are in the air by month’s end. September tends to have more open dates than October or November, making it a great option if you love the fall feel but want a little more flexibility in your planning timeline.

December
The most quietly beautiful month we offer, in my opinion. Cooler weather, holiday warmth in the air, and a calendar that’s often more open than you’d expect — December weddings have a magic all their own, and there’s usually more availability here than couples assume.

A quick note on the numbers: temperatures are long-term Jacksonville averages, not forecasts, and our rural, inland setting can run a few degrees cooler on winter nights. Sunset times are approximate for around the 21st of each month and shift a few minutes either way during the month. Full moon times are Eastern, and the moon looks full the evening before and after, too.
How to Approach Booking, No Matter Your Month
- Start with your must-have month, not your must-have date. If you’re flexible on the specific day but firm on the month, you’ll have more options to work with.
- Reach out even if you’re “just looking.” We’d rather talk through availability honestly with you early than have you miss a date you didn’t know was closing in.
- Use our pricing calculator before you call. It gives you real numbers up front, so when we do talk, we can focus on your date and vision instead of starting from scratch on budget.
- Remember we’re closed in the summer. If you’re dreaming of a July or August date, we won’t be able to host you — but that’s exactly why so many of our couples shift toward one of our open months instead, often landing on a season they love even more.
What Booking With Us Actually Looks Like
Once you’ve got a month in mind, the next step is simple: come see the farm. Every couple who tours with us gets to walk the ceremony sites, stand in the open-air barn, and picture their own wedding day on the property before making a decision. From there, our transparent pricing means you’ll know exactly what a date costs before you commit — no guessing games, no hidden fees.
Start Your 2027 and 2028 Conversation
If a 2027 date has been on your mind, don’t wait until your favorite month is gone. Schedule a tour to see the farm in person, run your numbers through our wedding package pricing calculator, or contact us to ask about availability for your specific month.
