Congratulations! You’re engaged, and the excitement of planning your future together has officially begun. Amidst the flurry of ring selfies and congratulatory messages, one big question usually pops up first: When is the big day?
Setting a date is the anchor for your entire wedding planning journey. It dictates everything from your color palette (rich burgundies for fall or soft pastels for spring?) to the availability of your dream vendors.
At All 4 One Farms, we know that finding the perfect date is about more than just picking a number on a calendar. It’s about choosing the season that reflects your style, finding a time that works for your loved ones, and securing the backdrop for your “best day ever.”

As a premier Jacksonville wedding venue, we are here to guide you through the process of securing your date, ensuring your experience is as seamless and stress-free as possible.
Why Early Booking Matters for Your Outdoor Wedding Venue

One of the most common questions we hear is, “How far in advance should we book?” The honest answer? As soon as you fall in love with the venue.
Wedding venues—especially those that offer the unique charm of garden weddings—often book up 12 to 18 months in advance. In Florida, our “peak seasons” are typically spring (March through May) and fall (October through December).
During these months, the weather is often perfect for an outdoor wedding venue. The humidity drops, the evenings are cool, and the natural landscape is breathtaking. Because these dates are highly coveted, they tend to vanish quickly.
By booking early, you give yourself the gift of time. You’ll have:
- First pick of vendors: Top photographers, caterers, and DJs often book just as far out as venues.
- Less stress: Knowing your date is locked in allows you to pace your planning rather than rushing.
- Guest convenience: Giving your out-of-town guests plenty of notice helps them secure better travel deals and ensures more of your loved ones can attend.

If you have your heart set on a specific Saturday in April or November, we recommend reaching out immediately. However, don’t worry if your timeline is shorter—we sometimes have unexpected openings or beautiful Friday and Sunday dates available that offer the same magic at a different pace.
How to Check Availability

We believe in transparency and ease. You shouldn’t have to jump through hoops just to find out if your dream date is open. That is why we maintain an up-to-date availability calendar right on our website.
Before you even schedule a tour, you can glance at our calendar to see which weekends are free. This tool helps you narrow down your options and discuss potential dates with your partner and family before you even step foot on the farm.
Whether you are envisioning a sunset ceremony under our ancient oaks or a lively reception in our open-air barn, checking our calendar is a great first step.

The Booking Process: Simple and Personal
Once you have a season or a few potential dates in mind, what comes next? We have designed our booking process to be personal and straightforward.
1. Schedule a Private Tour
We never want you to book sight unseen. Pictures are beautiful, but they can’t capture the feeling of the breeze through the trees or the peaceful quiet of the countryside. We invite you to schedule a private tour where we can walk the grounds together. We’ll discuss your vision, show you the ceremony and reception spaces, and answer all your questions.
2. Hold Your Date
If you visit and feel that “this is the one” feeling (it happens a lot!), let us know. We can discuss the specific date you are interested in.
3. Make it Official
To officially reserve your date, we require a signed contract and a deposit. Once those are in, the date is yours! You can breathe a sigh of relief and pop some champagne—you have your wedding venue booked!

Flexibility and Family Support
We are a family-owned business, not a corporate chain. That means we offer a level of flexibility and personal care that you might not find elsewhere.
We understand that life happens. Maybe your dream date is taken, or perhaps you need to shift your timeline due to family circumstances. We are dedicated to working with you to find a solution. We can suggest alternative dates that might work better for your budget or offer the same seasonal vibe you are looking for.
If a specific date opens up due to a cancellation, we maintain a waitlist and will reach out to interested couples immediately. Our goal isn’t just to fill a calendar slot; it’s to help you find the day that starts your forever.
